Job Description

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team at a semi-private outpatient facility known for its exceptional tenure and low turnover rate. The diverse clientele ranges from ages 10 to 95 and includes individuals recovering from athletic injuries, post-surgical patients, and those with worker's compensation injuries. If you're passionate about providing quality care across a broad spectrum of patients, this could be the job for you!

  • Provide personalized patient care during one-on-one appointments.
  • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions; all appointments will initially be 1 hour while acclimating.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
  • Possession of a Massachusetts State License or eligibility for MA State licensure before the start date.
  • Applicants must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • All candidates must complete a 1-2 hour shadowing session before an offer is extended.
